About the bean

This is our most popular coffee: a classic Colombian taste profile, nicely balanced, medium brightness, and absolutely morish. 

Grown at high elevations in the heart of the volcanic Manizales region, coffee cultivated here is processed using traditional manual methods by meticulous small farmers attached to the Manizales Coffee Growers' Cooperative. This lovely high-quality lot is a perfect pick for espresso, dairy-based brews and blends. We sampled this one as an americano, which was delicious. Our Colombian 'stans swear by a medium roast brewed drip-style. Regardless, this is an all-preference pleaser.
