Using an integrated micro-filter insert, the Aroma Brew produces an aromatic clean-tasting coffee without the need for paper filters. 

After brewing, the filter can be removed from the borosilicate glass jug. Secure the glass lid and serve using the jug!

To prepare your coffee

Spoon in the desired amount of coffee in filter. A heaped teaspoon (approx. 7g) to approx. 125ml of water per cup is recommended.

Pour in hot water (around 92°-95° C) until coffee powder is completely saturated.

Allow coffee to bloom (or swell) for a moment, then pour in the remaining water.

Slowly stir with a spoon to evenly distribute coffee.

Secure the lid and allow to steep for around 4 minutes. The fine filter ensures optimum contact time to release the full flavour.

After steeping, remove the filter from the jug, then replace the lid.

Tips and Tricks

Preheat the jug with hot water.

Always use freshly ground coffee.

Grind beans to a medium fine to coarse powder.

Use hot but not boiling water to ensure optimum flavour.
