About the bean

The Eastern Highlands, where our new lot of PNG is from, forms the backbone of Papua New Guinea. Rainfall and altitude produce the country's best arabica coffee, cultivated on small farms (more akin to coffee gardens) that are typically organic by default. This particular crop was grown and prepared by the Arokara Cooperative.

In the cup, our featured Coffee of the Week is a superbly flavorful and impressive brew. Balanced, high-quality, with a memorable sweetness and lingering aftertaste.

Why are PNG coffees so popular? This is why!
