This lot represents the unique flavour profile of Brazil's southern Minas Gerais.

Pictured are Danielle and sister Priscila. The family's coffee-producing torch is now carried by Danielle, the granddaughter and daughter of coffee growers. She began managing the family farm with her father in 2016. When her parents retired to another city, and Priscila moved to Canada, Danielle took over the farm's management, working tirelessly to implement sustainable practices and improved post-harvesting methods. 

In Canada, Priscila established an importing channel to showcase the efforts of, not only her family, but neighbouring producers as well to amplify the terrific and innovative coffees that are the shine of southern Minas Gerais. The strength of these connections speak to the care and quality of each offering we source from here.
